ZED AI provides an advanced AI chat assistant by HelloZed. The Service includes:

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

ZED AI offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by law.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits for API calls, storage, and other resources. Exceeding these limits may result in service degradation or additional charges. Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ZED AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models is provided as-is. While you may use AI-generated content, you are responsible for verifying its accuracy and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. You should verify important information independently.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZED AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZED AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Cloud AI Services
• Google Custom Search
• Lemon Squeezy (payment processing)

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
